Oolong Tea
Mighty Leaf Tea's oolong teas are only partially oxidized, as opposed to black teas which undergo a longer oxidation period, to achieve a sweet, floral-fruit flavor. The shorter oxidation places them halfway between black teas and green teas. Grown in China, Formosa (Taiwan) and Darjeeling, India, oolong loose teas range from floral and green to dark and roasted varieties and contain less caffeine than black tea.
Often called a weight loss tea, the health benefits of loose leaf oolong tea include helping burn fat and cancer fighting antioxidants.
